2010 SUMMER PHOTO CONTEST

The Alum Association

In the spirit of summer fun, the Alum Association is launching a new summer photo contest called
“Trinity Cross Country.”  Inspired by the traveling gnome, we thought it would be fun to see how
far we could send the Trinity Cross logo out into the world.

Perhaps you and your loved ones are packing up the car and taking off on a much needed
vacation this summer. Don’t forget to bring us along, and be sure to get a photo of you and the family
having fun with the Trinity Cross. Or maybe you are one of our lucky alums who lives near a
landmark or a cultural point of interest. If that’s the case, go be a tourist in your hometown
and send us a photo of yourself holding the Trinity Cross next to that historical statue, bridge,
monument, or alien outpost!
The Alum Association office will collect these  photographs and announce the category
winners and grand prize winner on Trinity Day September 30, 2010.

CONTEST CATEGORIES

The “Best in Show” grand prize winner will receive:

• A loan repayment reimbursement coupon (if applicable)

• One free supply preaching visit from Alumni Director
  Gary Sandberg
  

• One year’s paid membership in the Alum Association

• And a gift basket filled with Trinity trinkets

CONTEST RULES

-Use provided template for the logo. Templates can be retrieved here or

from the Alum Association Facebook page.

-These photographs will be used for public display, all entries must be in good taste.

-Pictures with the Trinity Cross must be taken at the actual place they are depicting. You cannot just photoshop yourself into a postcard unless you are specifically entering the "Artistic Aperatures" category

-No cell phone uploads. Send higher resolution pictures (300 DPI/ 800x600).

-Be creative, and have fun!!
